MAKE YOUR OWN QSL CARDS

QSLMaker is available to you via the Internet. The download file (in one of two forms of your choice - either a .zip file or a self-extracting executable file) is about 1.3Mb.
This program is provided free of charge to radio amateurs and those aspiring to become radio amateurs. You may distribute it as widely as you like, as long as the complete distribution is kept together and no charge (beyond possible reimbursement for media expenses) is made. You may not sell the program commercially.
WB8RCR who kindly created this facility tells us "Much has been said about making QSL cards with the computer. I had been doing this for some time, using quite a collection of graphics and publishing tools to achieve the desired result. All in all, I was pretty pleased with my card.
A lot of amateurs, however, don't have the collection of tools at their disposal that I have, and for many, simply looking at a blank screen gives them a sort of writer's block. I concluded that it would be kind of fun to write a program that would produce QSL cards easily." The author can be contacted by email.

He has a fabulous WEBSITE too :)

Screen shots of sample cards produced by this program and full details of how to install are shown on the Web Pages and a full step-by-step illustrated tutorial is included. This is a Windows 95 program. It will not work under Win 3.1. The program has also been used on Windows 98 and Windows NT Workstation 4.0.

When you first bring up the program, you are shown a dummy QSL design. Simply enter your call and address and you have a useable, if somewhat dull, QSL.
